Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee of ￥3,000 (excluding tax) will be charged for cancellations made after the 3-day deadline. Please understand this.
Late Arrivals
If you do not contact us or show up more than 20 minutes after your appointment time, we will cancel your appointment. In this case, the cancellation fee will also apply, so please understand this.
