The procedure for requests related to endodontic treatment is as follows:
【 1 】First, please contact our clinic in advance regarding the details of the request.
TEL:045-311-8241
e-mail:hiroyokoden@nifty.com
【 2 】Please provide the patient with an introduction letter that clearly states the treatment details at your clinic, the request details, medical history, and the planned prosthetic for the upper structure, and instruct them to make an appointment for an examination by phone.
【 3 】At our clinic, we will explain the treatment details to the patient after examining and diagnosing the requested area. We do not examine areas that are not requested. Please ensure that the requested area is clearly stated in the introduction letter.
【 4 】With the patient's consent, we will perform treatment on the requested area at our clinic.
【 5 】Depending on the results of the examination and diagnosis, the requested area may be another area. In such cases, we will contact you.
【 6 】Depending on the condition of the root canal, we may perform core build-up at our clinic.
【 7 】If the ferrule is significantly lost, we may ask the referring source to perform orthodontic extrusion or crown lengthening either before or after the procedure.
【 8 】If an irreparable root fracture is discovered during treatment, we will suspend the treatment.
【 9 】After the treatment is completed, we will provide the patient with a report detailing the treatment performed at our clinic, and we ask you to proceed with the subsequent prosthetic treatment.
【 10 】After the treatment is completed, we will examine the progress after a certain period (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years).
【 11 】If symptoms or sinus tract recur after normal root canal treatment, we will proceed to surgical endodontic treatment with the patient's consent.
※The results of the examination and diagnosis at the first visit to our clinic will be reported by email or mail. If you have given the patient an introduction letter but have not received any contact from our clinic, please let us know. The patient may not have visited our clinic.
