First Visit Process
Visit Flow
1. Appointment
Please make an appointment. Reservations are accepted by phone.
As our clinic operates primarily on an appointment basis, you may not be able to be seen immediately if you come directly. During your first visit, due to time constraints, we will only provide emergency treatment. Please note that it may take about 1.5 hours from reception to payment.
*Please bring your medication notebook when you visit.

2. Reception & Filling Out Medical Questionnaire
Upon arrival, please fill out the medical questionnaire. Provide as much detail as possible about your oral condition, symptoms, and treatment preferences.
3. Consultation & Explanation of the Day's Flow
We will explain the flow of your first visit and ask some questions about your health to understand your oral condition.
If you have any past or current illnesses or are taking medication, please inform the dentist as it may affect your treatment.
4. X-ray Examination
We will take a full-mouth X-ray and, if necessary, partial X-rays.
5. Guidance to the Treatment Room
In the treatment room, we will take color photos of your mouth, conduct periodontal examinations, and check for cavities.
6. Detailed Examination with Microscope
We will use a microscope to identify the cause of any areas of concern.
8. Treatment (Emergency Treatment Only) or Treatment Plan Guidance
During the first visit, we will not perform active treatment to understand your oral condition. We will only provide emergency treatment if necessary.
Based on CT scans and X-rays, we will propose a treatment plan tailored to you.
We strive to provide the best treatment possible, minimizing pain and ensuring you can receive treatment in a relaxed manner, as much as possible according to your wishes.
We will explain the treatment plan, and for those who agree, we will schedule future appointments at the time of payment and begin treatment from the second visit onwards.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
